Do you create custom design or bespoke pieces?
No. I no longer provide a custom design or Bespoke service. I diversified my business in 2021 and I now only produce my collection pieces which can be seen on my website or my social media.
Can I order from a previous collection or something I have seen on your social media?
Yes, you can! However, depending on how old the design is, the fabric or colour may no longer be available. You are welcome to phone, text or email for more information.
Do you have a shop?
No. My designs can be bought here from my online boutique orders can also be placed over the phone or by email during normal office hours. The products bought in this way all have a 14 day returns policy.
How do I know if the product will suit me or fit me?
I don’t offer in-person consultations, but I am very happy to answer any queries or give advice about the fit of any of my designs over the phone, text or email before ordering. When shopping online, it’s good to know your measurements as sizes can vary depending on the brand or design. I recommend you take a measuring tape and take note of your bust, waist, and Hips (See Sizing Guide). You can also have your local tailor do it for you if you want.
What if you don’t have my size available online?
If your size is not available the garment can be made to order, this takes 2-4 weeks. You can refer to the Sizing Guide, but If you require assistance to know which size to order or if you fall in between size please phone or email and I will happily help. I am aware that many women can crossover two sizes and may get a better fit by providing their own measurements. Feel free to contact me to discuss this option.
What If I want the design in a different colour?
Many of the designs can be Made to order in other colours, please email or phone to discuss what other shades are available.
Can I get a sample of the Fabric / Colour?
Yes. Please phone or email for swatches or information of other shades available
What does “Made or Order” Mean?
Made-to-order means that design is made only when they are ordered. Made to order pieces take 2-4 weeks to be completed. While this offers my clients more choice it is also a sustainable approach to avoid unnecessary excess stocks.
Do you provide Alterations?
No. I don’t do alterations. I do However, provide a “fitting Option” for my designs only (see Below)
Can I get a fitting for my Design with you?
Yes I provide a “fitting Option” for my designs only. This is an additional €50 -100 cost (depending on number of fittings) onto the online price, which covers the appointment and Garment adjustments. In this case the design you have ordered will be made to the size you order or to the measurements you provide but instead of the garment being shipped to you I will arrange an appointment for you to visit my studio in Killorglin, Co. Kerry to have a fitting with me of the finished garment. Any adjustments you require at this fitting will be done by me within 4-6 days and the garment is then either shipped or collected. Once adjustments are made specific to your fit, there will be no returns policy. This service may not available in peak times June, July, August or December, please feel free to enquire.
How long will it take to get my order?
Ready to wear (in stock) designs will be dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days. For any items Made to order, it will take 2-4 weeks. Items are shipped Via “AN POST”.
How much is the delivery Cost?
Delivery is Free in Ireland. Europe is €20
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do.
What is your international shipping policy?
As the recipient, you, the customer are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of such duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will inform you about the cost on arrival. This may delay your delivery time; it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs which may be incurred and are payable to Tina Griffin Designs.
What is your returns policy?
There is a 14 day Returns Policy on all “Off the Rail” Designs.
Who pays for the shipping charges to return a product?
You are responsible for the cost of the return. Refunds will not include delivery.
